As part of my role, I helped develop and grow the Nell’s Pizza brand from the ground up – while also maintaining the distinct identities of our four bars (Common, The Beagle, Kampus, and Port Street Beer House).

Key Responsibilities
- Designed and executed successful marketing campaigns for product launches (including a football kit launch, my personal highlight) and menu updates, coordinating photoshoots, press activities, and marketing materials.
- Doubled the CRM (Airship) marketable database annually through strategic audience building and engagement across various platforms.
- Orchestrated email marketing initiatives to bolster brand awareness and promote bar events, significantly enhancing customer engagement.
- Engaged with influencers and local press in order to push the brand to new audiences
- Led social media managers and external graphic designers, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand messaging – both through OOH and digital advertising.
- Maintained and enforced a consistent brand tone of voice across all communications.
- Managed website content (including the build of the website), driving weekly traffic of 5,000 visitors and securing thousands of bookings a month.
- Implemented a customer feedback system (FeedItBack) and developed a robust customer service framework for efficient issue resolution.
